Milap’s Pioneering Youth Music Programme performs live in Liverpool’s Tung Auditorium

Milap’s most recently announced showcase Re:Sound, featuring their award-winning ensembles SAMYO & TARANG – made up of exceptional young musicians who are the future of Indian Music in the UK. Re:Sound is coming to Liverpool’s The Tung Auditorium on Thursday 30th July, 7.30pm

The concert is a culmination of all their dedication and hard work in the ensembles programme this year and it blends Indian Classical music with contemporary music – showing a new generation of artists working between traditions, cultures and sound-worlds.

Supported by Arts Council England, SAMYO and TARANG bring together young musicians from across the UK, with Re:Sound presenting an opportunity to support these emerging artists in their development and celebrate the creativity, artistic voices and fresh perspectives that this year’s cohort have to offer.
