Join the 14-17 Bush Young Company as they dive head-first into the past. Exploring nostalgia and memory, PAUSE/REWIND is a love letter to the moments that made us. It’s about growing up, looking back, and pressing play on the mixtape of your life. Exploring what memories we hold on to as we grow up, as well as those we wish we could forget, it promises to be funny, evocative and unforgettable.

“Pause/Rewind” “”marks the Bush Young Company beginning their fifth season of shows in the Bush theatre’s main house, the Holloway Theatre, They are directed by the theatre’s new Associate Director Katie Greenall.  BYC, which has boasted acclaimed new playwrights Coral Wylie and Azan Ahmed amongst its members, continues to break new talent into the industry.

Katie Greenall, Bush Theatre’s Associate Director said, ‘These shows exemplify what the Bush is about, two Bush Young Company productions, finding and developing new talent to feed into the industry, one by a writer who is an alumnus of the Bush Writers’ Group who already has successful productions at Soho Theatre and the Edinburgh Festival Fringe under their belt.”
