MindOut, Brighton & Hove’s LGBTQ mental health charity, is bringing back its popular fundraising event MindOut for Laughs on Thursday 3rd September 7:30 PM (Doors: 6:30 pm) at Komedia Brighton, promising an unforgettable evening of comedy, drag, music and spoken word, all in support of LGBTQ+ mental health.

Guests can expect an exciting night of entertainment, laughter and community spirit, while raising vital funds for LGBTQ+ people experiencing mental health challenges and suicidal distress. The evening will also feature a fundraising raffle, with all proceeds directly supporting MindOut’s services. Hosted by Brighton drag and cabaret legend Ophelia Payne, the event features a stellar lineup including Tayris Mongardi from RuPaul’s Drag Race UK, Keye-Luke from Married at First Sight UK, who will be performing poetry from his new book, drag performer Cherry Bomb, and Scott Nichol.

MindOut is a mental health service run by and for lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans and queer people. The charity provides counselling, peer-mentoring, peer support groups, befriending, personal advocacy and online instant web chat, helping LGBTQ people access inclusive and affirming support when they need it most.
