Speaking of bringing her new show Fat Tom Cruise on tour across the UK, Olga Koch says: “I would love for you to come see Fat Tom Cruise on tour, not only because I think it is likely my best work but also because I am currently being sued by Tom Cruise and really need the money for legal fees. I chatted with Olga recently, many of us at school were the class clown, but not many of us have taken it on as a career. To go from taking the mickey out of the teacher, to taking the mickey out of top Hollywood actors and getting the chance to perform in so many places in this country and abroad. Olga really loves performing at places like Leeds & Brighton. But secretly admits the Monkey Barrel at Edinburgh is a real favourite. One she has no doubt been in plenty of times in her seven visits to the Fringe.
Olga Koch is an all-rounder with serious range, known for her razor-sharp wit and masterful storytelling. Olga was nominated for Most Outstanding Show at Melbourne International Comedy Festival (2025), the Edinburgh Comedy Award Best Newcomer (2018), Best Show at Leicester Comedy Festival (2020), and won the Writers’ Guild Award for Best Radio Comedy (2022) for her hit show ‘Fight’. She has appeared on Mock the Week (BBC Two), QI (BBC Two), and Live at the Apollo (BBC Two) in the UK, as well as The Comedy Allstars Gala (ABC) in Australia and 7 Days (TVNZ) in New Zealand. Olga also co-hosts the steamy television podcast Tonsil Hockey with comedian Catherine Bohart.
